We currently offer free shipping to 26 EU countries. The countries available at checkout are the applicable delivery destinations. Orders usually arrive in approximately 7–10 days; in exceptional cases, delivery may take a little longer.
Can I return it if it's not right for me?
Yes. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. We also offer a voluntary return option for up to 30 days subject to our return-policy conditions. Direct return shipping costs are generally paid by the buyer.
What's the difference from a cold pack or insulated bag?
Cold packs and insulated bags are designed to preserve cold that is already there. CoolMyPeps uses electric active cooling. You set a target temperature within the stated 2–8 °C range. Actual internal temperature can vary depending on ambient conditions, contents and use.

Set the target temperature, load your vials or pens and let CoolMyPeps cool electrically — on battery while you're out, plugged in at home.
One unit, two power modes. Without an outlet, CoolMyPeps runs on battery. When power is available, simply plug it in; the cable is included.

Why not just use an ice pack?
An ice pack stores existing cold and warms over time. CoolMyPeps uses electric active cooling. The right storage or transport method for your specific product still depends on its own instructions.
Why not just use a normal fridge?
If your product's storage guidance calls for a normal fridge, that is of course a valid option at home. CoolMyPeps is designed as a dedicated compact cooling space and for situations where you want more flexibility.
How does temperature control work?
You set a target temperature within the stated 2–8 °C range. The unit actively cools toward it. Actual internal temperature can vary with ambient conditions, contents and control behavior.
How long does the battery last?
The stated runtime is up to 8 hours. Actual runtime depends on factors including ambient temperature, starting temperature, contents and use. At home, CoolMyPeps can also run plugged in.
How much does it hold?
Depending on format, the interior holds up to 11 vials or 3 pens.
